Price

1. The price list can be changed in the future.

2. As an artist, I price my art myself. It's my time and effort to spend on your request. Please don't question my price when I give you the price of your commission.  If you can't afford it, it's all right I can fully understand it.

3. Any act of price shaming would lead to a block.

 

Commercial use

1. You need to state if you use the commission for personal use or commercial use.​

2. The Commercial Fee is double the price.

3. Large quantities >250-1000 (multiply with x3) >1001-5000 (x4) if there's more put the quantity on the order form

Payments

1. Payment is everything upfront or 50/50.

2. My preferred payment processing system is Stripe. I am also able to use Paypal as an alternative option.

3. As a self-employed individual, I am obligated to include Value Added Tax (VAT) in my invoices. To do so, I require the complete name and address of my clients.
    

Cancel/Refund

1. You can cancel a commission at any time IF, and only if I haven't started working on the commission.

2. Do not issue a chargeback.

3. Strictly no refund is available after I have started working on the commission.
    

My Duties and rights

1. Quality over quantity. It will take time.

2. If there is a deadline, I will do my best to follow it. If I can't do it until that deadline I will let you know.

3. I will ask you for confirmation on anything I am unclear of before/during working on the commission so that I can draw your character the closest to your imagination.

4. I have the right to decline a commission that I don't feel wanting to do/not be able to do.

5. I have the right to ask you for extra fees if there is anything that arises differently from our initial agreements.

6. I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if I feel our opinions are not on the same wavelengths and we cannot reach a new agreement. If that happens when I have already worked on the commission, I will only refund you partially, based on how much I have worked on it.

7. As long as it's not agreed otherwise between you and me, I have the right to use the commission work however I want, with proper credits given to you when needed.

8. I can stream the process of your commission.
    

Your duties and rights

1. You need to make sure to give me all the information I will need to draw your character.

2. You need to tell me when you send the payment so that I can check and confirm with you and add you to my working list. 

3. Please be patient with me, I still go to work/school. I can't work on your drawing 24/7

4. You may not make profits from the artwork in any way.

5. You may not edit/change the finished drawing without my permission.

6. You can repost the finished picture to your gallery/sites, credit me. For any protection use a watermark.

7. You can note me anytime for an update on the commission's status/WIPs, or if you have any questions.
    

Previews and changes

1. ​You will receive a preview for confirmation at each step (sketch, lineart, base color, etc.) 

2. Before I continue you can still request me to fix things.

3. I won't be able to return to a previously agreed step to fix, so please be as decisive as possible.
    

I can do

1. Please give me a description as detailed as possible. If I need any other info, I will certainly ask.

2. I can design new outfits, hairstyles for your character if you want me to. (Show me some references)

• OCs, Fanart, Real people

• Light fetish, gore, blood (but not too extreme)

• Simple or detailed backgrounds

• If you are not sure if your ideas are within my capability, you are free to ask.

I won't do

1. I won't mimic another artist's style.

2. I won't draw some certain kinds of NSFW (Hentai)

3. I don't tolerate any kind of price shaming or complaining. If I want to give you a discount, I will do it out of my own will.
